Strengths: Incredibly athletic…played tight end before moving to tackle so is a very quick guy…has amazing footwork…shifts into position quickly and stays in front of defenders in pass protection…has a lot of upside…already graduated so work ethic is not a concern
Weaknesses: Is raw at the position…has only two years experience on the O line…only started seven games at left tackle…needs to add more bulk…needs more strength and weight to blossom into an effective run blocker

Strengths: Size…has long arms and a lean frame to keep defenders away in pass protection…very athletic…great footwork to be outstanding left tackle…is strong at the point of attack and can push defenders to the ground
Weaknesses: Needs to be more consistent…can disappear at times…doesn’t always appear to give 100%…has a history of knee injuries…must prove that he can stay healthy
3. Andre Smith, Alabama, 6-05 340 (1)
Strengths: Can dominate on every snap…great size…very athletic…light on his feet for such a large guy…shows great footwork in pass protection…great strength…big time impact blocker at point of attack…can create holes for running game…lots of experience
Weaknesses: Character is a concern after missing Sugar Bowl…weight could be a problem…needs to stay below 350 to be mobile enough to play LT in the NFL

Strengths: Has a great frame…long arms…can keep defenders at bay in pass protection…quick feet and good footwork in pass protection…shows strong push in the running game…durable…can play inside or outside…lots of experience
Weaknesses: Needs to get stronger as size will become less of an advantage at next level…needs to prove he has the ability to pick up pro blocking schemes…work ethic has been questioned although I don’t see anything wrong with it
